Maine Speakout Project Volunteers

Volunteers are the heart and soul of Maine Speakout Project. Currently 246 people have trained, volunteered, and participated in MSOP programs. From Biddeford to Bangor and Mars Hill to Machias, MSOP volunteers represent the wide diversity of the LGBT and allied community in Maine. Volunteers speak out, develop venues, attend fairs and events and generally donate their time, energy and money to make MSOP successful. Volunteers are united in the belief that an inclusive and respectful society for the LGBT community is possible in Maine. They help to achieve this goal through speaking out and participating in non-divisive dialogue.
